Shipping time and costs

- Orders will be delivered 1 to 3 days after receipt and payment of the order is confirmed. This period does not include Sundays or holidays.

- Delivery will be scheduled with the owner of the purchase. If a change in delivery arrangements is requested by the owner and the order is already en route, an additional charge of S / 25.00 will be generated that the purchase owner must pay before being able to reschedule a new dispatch. - The dispatch of the order will be made only to the holder of the order at the address indicated in the order.

Returns or exchanges

Each return request is analyzed individually. The request must be made within the first 48 hours of receipt of the order by the order holder and must be properly justified. You must have the corresponding ticket or invoice to be able to make the request.

Exchanges will generate a new shipping cost which must be paid by the owner of the order before your request can be processed.

Claims
