Cacao nibs are small pieces of crushed cacao beans  that have a bitter, chocolatey flavor.

They’re produced from beans derived from the Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao beans are dried after harvesting, then fermented and cracked to produce small, dark bits — or cacao nibs 100% organic.

Our criollo organic cacao beans are organically grown and under fair trade compliance. Highly beneficial for health thanks to it is energetic and nutritious value,
Cacao beans are considered to be nature's anti-depressant. These beans contain dopamine, phenylethylamine (PEA) and serotonin, all of which are used to promote positive mental health and moods.

Once the Criollo Cacao liquor is obtained, it is pressed to extract the cacao butter, leaving a solid mass called cacao presscake, then it is broken into small pieces to form kibbled presscake, which is then pulverized to form our delicious criollo cacao powder powder.

Cacao paste is the natural product of ground nibs, which are drawn from the fruit of the Theobroma Cacao tree. Cacao liquor, also called Cacao Paste, is made by crushing cacao beans into a liquid. This liquid quickly solidifies at room temperature and the result is cacao paste. It is naturally about 55% cacao butter and is an extremely smooth product great for use in any chocolate recipe. If you are looking for true dark chocolate, this is it.
